In the past week-and-a-half, I've been to SF twice and seen some pretty weird and out-of-place cars...here are some examples...

(All pictures off Google)

Last Saturday...

Kinja'd!!!

The first was a pretty beat-up old Corsa B in black with steelies and Consul plates ( on Haight Street

Kinja'd!!!

The second was an old 912, which I recognized before even seeing the badge, thanks to Oppo! (Just hearing its flat four accelerating was pretty distinctive...)

Kinja'd!!!

Also one of these BMW Active E cars running on who-knows-what...

Kinja'd!!!

And a new i3! Imagine that...

Today we had an Orchestra Field Trip to Davies Symphony Hall (Our school let us have coach buses...imagine that...)

Kinja'd!!!

Peugeot 404 Cabriolet! (Saw the 404 badge, freaked out... XD)

Kinja'd!!!

The odd Amazon wagon, lowered but with custom wheels and a slightly crushed rear bumper...

Kinja'd!!!

A black 780, a lot more common than you think once you !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!!

!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!

Kinja'd!!!

First gen Fortwo, probably from Canada...

Kinja'd!!!

Pink xB Limo, just not lowered and with a spoiler (why!?)

Kinja'd!!!

And a Scion xB Murasaki Edition...only knew about them since playing CarTown...

What interesting cars have you seen lately?

I saw this on the 101 in the North Bay this morning on my way to work: 1980's Mercedes 190 by Zender. Some color, wheels, everything. Just with a HUGE dent on the drivers side door and front quarter panel. #cocaine.

I saw this in my usual test-car stomping grounds. It was surrounded by lots of Jaguars under car covers.

We have a lot of odd cars here, people here seem to like the odd Euro cars and they were available at certain times in the past, you can find Citroens and Peugeots. I've see a couple old Rovers, the list goes on. I know where a Citroen DS Safari is parked.

my grandfather had a Corsa like that with the 1.0. Only non-fun manual car I've ever driven

Opel? Could have been from the German Consulate.

Looked probably more Mexican than German...(the car, didn't see the person)...also, most of the weird European cars in the area are from Mexico...
